Network
Focusing Leaders is delivered in a small group environment, where you and up to a dozen other pastors meet for around six hours per month for peer learning and encouragement. Each meeting you'll work on a new aspect of personal renewal, and you'll think through the next step in preparing your church for change. Focusing Leaders can be delivered over nine single days, four residential retreats, or any combination of the two. A network could be made up of pastors from your area, your denomination or the staff of a large church.

Coaching
Between network meetings, you'll meet with a coach to discuss you progress in personal renewal and in preparing your church for change.

Preparing for Change
You will be trained and encouraged to establish a leadership community in your local church, establish coaching relationships with 3 or 4 of your key congregational leaders, and to prepare the church to complete the Natural Church Development survey. YouÕll also pick up tips for creating change momentum.
