Network with other local church pastors. You'll be trained in the organizational
and spiritual dynamics of change, and coached in the process of leading
your church along your chosen
Revitalisation
Track.
Key Leaders participate in three or more
interactive summits to discover and define God's unique calling for
the church, and to develop a plan in pursuit of God's calling.
The Local Church congregation participates
in 'Pulse Groups' to examine and provide feedback on the outcomes of
each summit. Your church will also complete a second Natural
Church Development survey to check your progress from the first
survey.
