through a
Personal Renewal Process
to focus your life and calling, and encouraged to establish a leadership
community in your local church.
Key Leaders in your congregation participate in a regular leadership community for encouragement, training
and planning. They will also attend a weekend Focused Living retreat, where they work through a Personal
Renewal Process to clarify their own personal calling.
Each Local Church participates in a Natural
Church Development survey to determine the health of the congregation.
The survey result helps you to identify the appropriate Revitalisation
Track for your church to follow in Year 2.
